  1. Man I know how hard it is to give up bad foods. What helped me is to find something healthy you like and stuff your face with that when the cravings for the bad stuff get real bad. Eventually the cravings subside (mostly). Also DO NOT KEEP THE BAD STUFF IN YOUR HOME. You will eat it! If you shouldn’t be eating it neither should your family so just don’t buy the bad stuff that way it won’t be there in front of your face tempting you. Additionally, put effort into learning to cook. If you’re eating chicken breast and sweet potatoes every day you’re going to want to die. Good luck, I’m stoked to see the results. I love seeing people make positive changes.
