  1. One would have to eat 3500 calories to gain a pound, so you’re looking at a water weight gain. A daily weigh-in can be motivating or…not…depends on your mindset. As long as you know you’re following your (and your trainers) plan, you should see desired results on a weekly (rather than daily) basis. As one who’s ‘been there’ as well, keep at it , bruh. You’ll get there.
