  1. If you have a electric garage door opener unplug it and put vise grips on the track blocking the guide wheels.(scanning your code is pretty common practice by experienced theifs)…also that confessions of a burglar video may be a little outdated wireless jammers are pretty common trade craft nowadays…nonetheless good video and thanks for sharing.😊

    1. +Macworks I was talking about the slide plate, I have 1 on either side of the door plus 2 bolts so it’s secure at 4 points I hate thief’s.

    2. +rv sorce those locks if you are talking about the ones connected to a centre door handle are not very secure..but if you are talking about the dead bolt style slide latching plate are a good options if compatible with your door

    3. +Macworks I do I put it there myself in 30 seconds with a drill, the nuts don’t have to be tighten with and tools just hand tighten and they will have to hit the door with a car or something to open it. If you don’t want to do that they make a sliding bolt with a hole for a lock that is designed for garage doors pick one up at Lowe’s or a store like it.

    4. +rv sorce you say that like it is easier than clamping on vise grips….hopefully you have a hole right above a wheel…vice grips tight to top wheels clamped on the outside inner side of the track literally takes 30 seconds no fiddling around with hardware.

    5. As far as a garage door all you need is a 3 inch bolt and some nuts and washers thru the track in it can’t go anywhere.

  2. Could have family/friend house sit especially if you have a pet that won’t be making the trip this assures someone will be at your place atleats once a day.

  3. Anything that has wifi is a 100% always watching you. I’d have to say your all nuts or just dont understand 5G systems flat screen TVs etc. Alexa = Big brother = your fucked

  4. All windows that are not behind the gated fenced area I plant assorted thorny plants as well, rose bushes etc.
