  2. I didn’t know this. I have been counting reps with very little improvement. I’m going to give this a try for the next few months and see what happens. Thanks for the info.

  3. Never ever counted reps. I just wanted to give it 120% every time, in every set. I’m not a bodybuilder, I’m muscular, and I think it’s fuctional. Also do Judo, so I’ve tailored my workout for that. Much respect from Denmark

  4. No sir you’re wrong (in my Canadian prepper voice) lol

    I do not want another ounce of muscle or strength

    But here’s why

    I got bigger and stronger than I ever anticipated

    I’m still big and strong but Sometimes my brain and strength say oh yeah go ahead big boy and then my body says oh no you shouldn’t have done that LOL

    Now I would like to be as lean as I was at 28 but that’s another story lol

    Great advise for those looking to gain mass and strength
