  1. Don’t loose focus, keep going!
    Just a word of advice, don’t be fooled by ppl telling you to do a bunch of cardio… Cardio will put too much stress on your knees, feet and lower back at this point.
    Hope most of your training will be H.I.I.T
    High Intensity Interval Training … Stick with the proper diet as you are & this will bring you huge results and success in your goals.

    1. All types of HIIT , with weights, without weights, combination of weights, interval sprints and body weight/Calisthenics

    2. I love HIIT. I can jog 10 miles and waste 2 hours or run 10 sprint intervals and be destroyed but be done in 10 minutes LOL. I got things to do.
